No one knows Anthem real estate like Karen Batson! She
knows the houses where the refrigerator has leaked, the golf balls have hit the
patio and where the dirty laundry is hidden. She found winter rentals for my
well-behaved dogs and me for two years, and when a buyer's market developed in
2008, she watched the overnight price changes on the type of home I wanted, and
knew just when the time was right to make an offer on a bank-owned property.
