Born and raised in Northwest Indiana, this Hoosier could not be happier to have settled in Arizona. From California to Florida, and many points between, I have lived around the country. From Walt Disney Pictures to Troon Golf, I have enjoyed working for companies with strong reputations for outstanding customer service.
I lived in Anthem for over ten years and know the
community well. I supervised Beverage Cart Operations at the highly-ranked
Persimmon and Ironwood golf courses for nearly four years before joining
Campbell & Associates in 2004 as a full-time REALTOR®. In 2008, I became
affiliated with RE/MAX Sonoran Hills, and in 2010, I was named its #1 Agent. In
2012, I joined Realty ONE Group.
I am the Proud Daughter of a Korean War Veteran. In October
2019, I had the honor and privilege to accompany the first group of Vietnam Veterans from
Arizona on their Honor Flight to Washington, D.C. The mission of Honor Flight
Arizona is to pay homage to our WWII, Korean War, and Vietnam War Veterans by
providing the support needed for them to complete a three-day journey of honor
and remembrance to their memorials in Washington, D.C. at no cost to them.
My most recent achievement
is acceptance into the Master of Real Estate Society. Membership recognizes my
dedication to excellence through professional education and commitment to
staying abreast of the latest real estate regulations and practices. Less than
1% of REALTORS® in Arizona belong to this elite society.
The Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification I earned in 2018 enhanced my skills in pricing properties, creating Comparable Market Analyses, working with appraisers and guiding my clients through the anxieties and misperceptions about home values.
In 2014, I earned
the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification. I'm honored
to help our current and former military service members find housing solutions
that best suit their needs and take full advantage of their military
benefits and support.
In order to earn
the Council of Residential Specialist (CRS) title, I had
to complete rigorous coursework and prove a successful track record of
sales. As my client, this means that I now have even more resources at my
disposal enabling your transaction to go seamlessly. Less than four percent of all licensed REALTORS® hold the CRS
designation.
In addition to CRS, I have also earned the GRI designation. The Graduate
REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional that
has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional service by
securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS® with the GRI designation
are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect
their clients.
I have also attained the
ABR® designation which enhances buyer representation skills by providing
prospective buyer-clients with proof of proficiency in servicing their unique
needs. ABR®, the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation, is the only
buyer representative designation recognized by the National Association of
Realtors (NAR).
I have completed the
e-PRO® certification course which is a complete training program on
communicating effectively with the online consumer. The e-PRO® Internet
Professional belongs to a special community of highly skilled and continuously
trained real estate professionals who are thriving in the online-based real
estate industry. This aids both my sellers and buyers alike as the
internet is the baseline and starting point of most real estate transactions.
And finally, I have
earned the SFR® certification (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource). With
this, I am able to develop short-sale packages, negotiate with lenders and
qualify sellers for short sales in conjunction with directing distressed
sellers to the proper legal/financial/tax professionals.
