I have lived in Anthem for over ten years and know the community well. I supervised Beverage Cart Operations at the highly-ranked Persimmon and Ironwood golf courses for nearly four years before joining Campbell & Associates in 2004 as a full-time REALTOR®. My most recent achievement is the CRS designation. In order to earn the Council of Residential Specialist (CRS) title, I had to complete rigorous coursework and prove a successful track record of sales. As my client, this means that I now have even more resources at my disposal enabling your transaction to go seamlessly. Less than four percent of all licensed REALTORS® hold the CRS designation.
In addition to CRS, I have also earned the GRI designation. The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional that has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional service by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients. I have also attained the ABR designation which enhances buyer representation skills by providing prospective buyer-clients with proof of proficiency in servicing their unique needs. ABR, the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation, is the only buyer representative designation recognized by the National Association of Realtors (NAR). I have completed the e-PRO certification course which is a complete training program on communicating effectively with the online consumer. The e-PRO Internet Professional belongs to a special community of highly skilled and continuously trained real estate professionals who are thriving in the online-based real estate industry. This aids both my sellers and buyers alike as the internet is the baseline and starting point of most real estate transactions. And finally, I have earned the SFR certification (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource). With this, I am able to develop short-sale packages, negotiate with lenders and qualify sellers for short sales in conjunction with directing distressed sellers to the proper legal/financial/tax professionals.
Prior to moving to Anthem, I assisted commercial and residential real estate agents in California, Colorado, Florida and Arizona. In Florida, I started a successful real estate flyer delivery service, Flyer Express, which continues to operate today.
